REGISTRATION and FEES
A. DRIVER'S SCHOOL: Wednesday May 20, 2026 LOL Region sanctioned opens at 1:00 PM for Registration and Tech. Classroom starts at 3:00 PM. Download the Supplemental Regulations and Schedule here. LOL DS 2026 V8.pdf
TEST DAY:  Brainerd International Raceway will provide an open test day on Friday, May 23, 2025. This is a track test day AND IS NOT covered under the SCCA event sanction and insurance. Late Afternoon will be SCCA's Track Night in America (TNiA).

Friday dinner hosted by VSCR and LOL Region open to Volunteers, Drivers and Crew,  Located at the Hospitality Tent on the east end of the bridge,  5pm until the food runs out.

Due to track rules, SCCA members, crew, and guests who arrive outside of the posted hours of registration will NOT be able to gain admission without the event credentials. All participantsd and guests must sign the SCCA event or annual waiver.

Registration hours:
Friday - 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday - 7:30 am - 11:30 am
Sunday - 7:30am - 8:30 am

C. PAYMENTS and REFUNDS: Drivers can register for the race online at msreg.com/hw2026
Online registration closes Friday, 5/23/2025 at 11:59 PM. Drivers may use or request a paper entry form and mail
it with their entry fees (do not mail entries by any method that requires a signature upon delivery) to the

Withdrawal notifications are accepted by email, phone, or in person to the Chief Registrar or via MotorsportReg.com
and would be greatly appreciated in advanceof the event.
 

D. PASSES: Each entry receives credentials for the driver plus up to three crew members. An Entrant who is not the driver and is not on any prep shop list must be listed as a crew member. Additional passes may bepu rchased at Registration for $10 each. Workers, guests, and crew must sign for their own passes. All crew members signing in under a prep shop list must be an SCCA member. Weekend memberships are available for purchase if needed. SCCA members (non-participants) must present a valid membership card for
admission. Workers and members are limited to one guest each. Due to track rules, SCCA members, crew,and guests who arrive outside of the posted hours of registration will NOT be able to gain admission without the event credentials. In addition to the SCCA event or annual waiver, the track requires all attendees to sign their track waiver.

SCCA ANNUAL WAIVER: If you are an adult SCCA member and do not already have a current SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA, we would greatly appreciate your processing one in advance of the event.  Directions on how to process the new online annual waiver are available here : Digital annual waiver directions.  Event waivers will still be available on the day of the event in registration for those who need them.

SCCA appreciates a photo on file, which can be done by editing your photo area on your profile. There is an Edit button in the upper right corner of that area.  

Anyone without an SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA will need to sign an Event Waiver.

There will be NO Tech during the day on Friday May 23, 2025. Tech WILL be open on Friday at 5:00-8:30 pm

Social Event: The Saturday night party is open to drivers, crew and volunteers
