Please note that online payment will be collected at the close of online registration. No refunds will be issued after online registration closes.

Minor Waiver Requirement (Ages 12-17): If you have a child between the ages of 12 and 17 who will be participating or riding along, a Minor Waiver is MANDATORY. This waiver must be signed by ALL legal guardians and approved BEFORE the minor can participate or ride along at any SCCA event. Please click here to fill out the required minor waiver.

Important Reminders:

Driver Check-in & Visitor Waivers: All participants must complete driver check-in and sign waivers before the close of registration at 8:30 AM CDT. Failure to sign in may result in your drive times being scratched. All onsite visitors are required to sign waivers either at the driver check-in or at the gate where they entered.
Tech Inspection: Tech inspection is required for any participant who did not complete Annual Tech. Tech closes promptly at 8:35 AM CDT.
Morning Driver's Meeting: All participants are required to attend the morning driver's meeting, which will start at approximately 9:00 AM CDT.
Work Assignments: All participants must check in for their assigned work duties.
- Heat 1 workers: Check in under the awning close to the track.
- All other heat workers: Check in at the grid, where registration was located.
Food and Water: Please remember to bring your own food and water to the event and take time to eat and drink throughout the day!
